We know that there is no one type of student that makes the perfect RA. We know our RAs reflect the diversity of our residents and are required to complete a range of complex and sometimes disparate tasks. So, it can be difficult to define success in the role. What if we use data to assist in this process? This webinar will apply a framework related to the Peter Principle to discuss ways to use data to assess common traits and trends in the RA role and how to apply these insights to our work with RAs.
